30-Min Social Selling

Do you sign into social just to hit “publish”… or to actually talk to people?

Most fall into the first camp. They keep posting because someone says “consistency compounds.” Then months pass, likes creep up, and revenue stays flat.

That frustration was the starting point of my latest chat with Lindsey Anderson, founder of Build & Monetize and the mind behind the Social Media Sales Machine.

Lindsey’s take is simple:

More content isn’t the lever. Smarter engagement is.

Her four-part system is solid, and is built around one key activity:

Thirty intentional minutes of daily engagement will outsell hours of editing viral-worthy reels.

She blocks half an hour, hunts for ideal-client conversations, drops useful comments, follows up with a DM, and moves on.

Lindsey learned the real power of polarizing attention after starring on Netflix’s The Trust.

Half the viewers loved her, half hated her, and both halves talked. Visibility is only noise until you direct it.

If you’re still trying to make social a productive and valuable part of your day - check out this interview with Lindsey.

Guessing isn’t a Strategy

And prescription without diagnosis is malpractice.

There are still too many business owners wasting time, money, and energy chasing tactics that don’t solve the real problem.

Why?

Because they don't slow down long enough to find it.

But the good ones? They don't guess.

Have a great rest of your week,

Nick Berry and Tara Landes discuss small business operations

The Golden Thread business design // leadership // strategy // systems Hiring Yourself Out of the C-Suite Most founders fantasize about stepping back without watching the wheels fall off. Tara Landes actually did it. She built Bellrock past seven figures, groomed a successor for eight years, handed over every key… then slid into the hands-on work she loves. No crash. No chaos. Her secret isn’t charisma. It’s administration. Budgets, dashboards, repeatable processes—the “overhead” most owners...
